Paton Miller Show and Teaching Seminar at Tulsa Girls School

Paton Miller, whose work has won awards at international art shows and has been exhibit throughout the country, will have a show of his work at the Tulsa Girls Art School, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the school, 2202 E. Admiral Place. A portion of the sales of works from the show, titled “A Life Scribed in Graphite,” will be donated to TGAS. Miller is in Tulsa to spend this week working with and instructing students at the school, imparting to them the sort of instruction he received at such places as the Honolulu Academy of Art and Southampton College.The paintings and drawings that TGAS are creating under Miller’s tutelage will make up the school’s April art exhibit.
